Extended Introduction
Over the past fifteen years, my work has moved across higher education, analytics, social innovation, and entrepreneurship. Across these fields, I kept encountering the same challenge: organisations and academic institutions often have strong ideas and committed people, but the systems that support teaching, learning, and collaboration can be poorly designed.
My work gradually evolved toward designing those systems. I now focus on building the architecture behind academic and professional learning. This includes designing courses that develop analytical thinking, crafting modules that integrate traditional knowledge into modern curricula, and building editorial platforms that translate research into accessible knowledge. While I also occasionally advise on specialised learning journeys like fellowships, my primary focus is on academic curriculum and classroom engagement.
My approach is shaped by a belief that learning happens through structured communities rather than isolated events. Good courses, learning modules, and publications create environments where ideas circulate, conversations deepen, and people grow together. Designing those environments is the core of my work.
Indian Knowledge Systems & Philosophy
A significant and growing area of my work involves Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). I have authored specialised educational modules that translate traditional IKS frameworks into actionable management lessons for contemporary learners. Currently, I am deeply interested in and actively studying the systems of logic within Indian Philosophy, exploring how traditional frameworks of reasoning and epistemology can intersect with and inform modern analytical thought.
Demystifying Statistics
Through my platform Helpful Stats, I empower students and professionals to understand and leverage business analytics and statistics, making data-driven decision-making more intuitive and approachable.

As a literary translator, I am dedicated to bringing the rich world of Bengali literature to a global audience.
